Lawyer admitted to the bar of Rome. Born in Rome on 13.07.1983, he obtained his diploma at the L.S.S. Rome J.F.Kennedy, Bachelor's degree in law in 2006 with a thesis on administrative law and a master's degree in law at the Università degli Studi Roma Tre in 2008, with a thesis on civil law.

Making in early 2009 as an intern at the Legal Affairs Office of the headquarters of the Italian Red Cross and, from April 2009 to March 2010, he worked at the General Representation for Italy of Atradius Credit Insurance N.V. as a junior assistant in the field of claims insurance policies guaranteeing payment.

Enrolled in the register of trainee lawyers in the Court of Rome from October 2010-earning enabling the limited patronage from January 2012-has played forensic practice at law firms specialised in Rome under the civil and administrative law, gaining experience in the field of public procurement, contractual disputes between companies and between them and Governments, as well as debt collection , contracts, damages, claims, executions.

In 2010 has successfully completed the Master degree at the LUMSA University in law and public service management ", passing the final examination at a profit through the preparation of an elaborate discussion on Project Financing.
